What Sussmann and Hillary did is no different that attempting to raise suspicion to the IRS to force and audit in hopes the audit finds some damaging information. What the FBI did was continue down this rabbit hole in an attempt to damage Trump politically. Just because they didn't break into the Capitol and instead used taxpayer money to fund their endeavors doesn't change the fact that their goal was to overthrow and remove a duly elected President. They wasted a lot of money and a lot of time and got nothing more than some process crimes from some of his acquaintances.
