One wonders how an obscure, blind, computer shop owner knew he had to reach out to Guliani.

So to keep his interest Gabbard now wants to give it to him in the form of a FOX News broadcast. Even Joe Biden had enough wits about him where there was no discussion of dumbing down his PDB.

I guess if that does not work Gabbard can try cartoons or comics. How about using Elmer Fudd to explain intelligence matters:
