I heard the other day that we subsidize drugs for the rest of the world. Where we pay $1000 for a prescription, other countries get the same drug from the same manufacturere for like $80 (or something like that). Americans basically pay a high price so the companies can sell drugs in other markets, at a much lower price.

If there is any truth to that, we need to stop that silliness.
