If private entities want to research it, they should have every right.

I'm in favor of drug companies giving us the same prices as they do the rest of the world... they can raise prices around the world and cut ours... democrats use to agree with me on this... we have elderly going without their meds because they can't afford them... cancer drugs that cost thousands of dollars every month... the same drugs that sell for pennies in Europe and Canada... and elsewhere....

That is true but the fact remains that if the pharma industry would be forced (which they can't be legally) to sell drugs at the lower prices, the price of the stocks will plummet and all the people that are making money (the big people with the big pockets) will lose millions of dollars.

I totally agree with the idea of lowering drug prices, but big Pharma does not agree. You know what that means? They win and we lose, every single time.

On top of that, Trump has gotten rid of many restrictions and got rid of the government group that was there to impose those restrictions, meaning he is trying to do something that goes totally against what he is doing here. Things do not work out that way.

I have stated since day one, that Trump is incompetent and this is another example of his incompetency. In addition, it is another example that Trump doesn't believe in what he is doing. He flip-flops all the time, according to where he gets his ego stoked. You cannot trust that person and worse, you cannot trust that he means what he says.

In essence, by getting rid of the government agencies that are there to stimulate research, you are getting rid of research entirely.

You know full well that private companies are all about money and cancer research is at best a 20-80 proposition, meaning failure is seen at a much higher degree than success.
