Horses are a major tactical advantage when few people are dealing with large groups of people and nothing more. You get to be above a crowd looking down so you see a lot more, and you're going to move faster than a man can on foot.
Banning horses when dealing with crowds is an absolute fucking moronic and pointless idea that does nothing but takes away border patrols advantage.
It just shows they are more worried about what idiot kids on Twitter sitting at home think of a situation they can't comprehend a thousand miles away. "Oh no we can't have some kids in Oregon thinking were racist for using horses 1700 miles away during a crisis. Quick ban the use of horses". Fucking morons.
