Drill baby drill unlikely under Trump. Exxon.

As long as American oil companies are headed by Americans - and ideally Texans- the companies will take care not to harm America
🤣

I see the brainwashing into licking the boots of billionaires is complete.

They care about profits. Period. They will sell all of their oil to the highest bidder, foreign or domestic. Which is why more oil is produced on American soil than is used here (thanks Biden, amiright?), yet still we import oil.

Greenies should love that idea

Since they all think Peak Oil is just around the corner

Meaning we should run out sooner and save more Polar Bears
I'm not worried about greenis. People are expecting gas prices very vert low. We've been told this will be happening.

“Furreners” will buy American oil because they need it

And the oil companies profit whether they produce a little or a lot

You really don't seem to get it at all.

There is no such thing as american oil. Every drop of oil pulled out of american soil is owned by a private company that will sell it to the highest bidder.

And if they get away with fooling you people into letting them build the keystone pipeline, that will make it easier for them to sell to foreigners. Which will raise your prices.

And in most cases that will be America

You are of course, 100% wrong and they are not going to ship oil to the Gulf of Mexico to be sold in the U. S.

They would simply ship it to one of the other terminii that are already located in the united states.

Literally every word you are saying is wrong.

Ignorance on parade.

You are describing a problem that does not exist

But if it ever does, relax

The oil is here and we have plenty of refining capacity to meet Americas needs

If America hating greenies ever did take over the oil companies an executive order from the White House would prevent them from exporting oil if we need it here

Where the hell is the surplus? Gas prices are still more than $1.00 over Trump's last year. Biden used up the oil reserves in an effort to keep prices down before the election so there is plenty of room for production.

By the time oil comes down to $30 per barrel, oil companies will jump at the opportunity to suck the oil right of the Alaskan ANWR area. Especially with Burgum as Interior Secretary, Zeldin heading the EPA, and the former CEO of an energy company heading the Department of Energy.

We are poised on the brink of being the most energy-dominant country in the world. Trump is going to have the power to make or break entire nations by simply using our own resources as a weapon.
FDR had that power and the Japs put our Pacific Fleet out of action.....Just sayin'. ;)

FYI- Gas prices under trump in 2020 before Covid and the lockdowns hit, was around $2.45 a gallon.

There you go again.

"We" have no refining capacity.

Private corporations that will sell to the highest global bidder do.

You should probably just stop talking. You don't know anything about any of this.

You are too cynical toward the private sector

Being a lefty that's your weakness

The CEO of Exxon is a Texas A&m Aggie

I guarantee he cares what happens to America

I'd have more respect for the Jappos if they'd invade China, but they're too busy watching poop flicks and dressing up like cute furry animals these days. :laughing0301:

I'd have to believe big oil wants to help average americans....so nope. Not buying that over them making the $$$

15th post

I’m not trying to convince libs of anything

No sir, pissin’ in the wind is not my style

But dont say no one ever told you

If oil dropped to $30 a barrel again, there will be no investment. just bankruptcies on the oilfield service side. You appear to have no understanding of oilfield economics.
You have no understanding as to why depending on foreign oil and simultaneously restricting US energy companies with more regulation vs. any other oil producing nation is good for US.

Then you were lied to.
Well, if the Republicans cannot do it, Progs certainly won't. You will destroy the American Auto Market and cause common blackouts and brownouts across the nation just to start.
