Camera angles, and "lighting", are not basisese upon which anyone could draw a reasonable conclusion.

A lot of questions to be asked. What type of erosion happened that one spot to cut the entrance and walls so smooth but not affect the surrounding rock face.

Maybe an underground source of water trapped in the rock face found a weak area and pushed through at that spot.
