EV prices are accelerating faster than the electric F-150's zero to 60 in 4 seconds.

1. "The average price is more than $66,000 — up 14% on a yearly basis."

2. Ford just upped the price of its electric F-150 by $8,500, more than the $7,500 IRA subsidy.

Did these dum dums not think their ridiculous inflation policies would also make EVs far more expensive?

I suppose the outcome may be the prevention people from having mobillity rights. I wonder if auto companies hurt their own market share as others move in and steal their disgruntled prospects.

The latest thing I’ve heard about is subscription services. For example, BMW might put heated seats in their cars, but you have to pay a monthly subscription through some kind of an app of some sort to get them to work.

Use our children's and grandchildren's debt to finance and subsidize stupid worthless Environmental Wackos projects.

What could possibly go wrong?

Nice to know.

Especially since EV's cost HALF as much to produce than the gas engine vehicles do.
The EV batteries cost around $1200.00 or less to produce, and yet Ford charges $10,000 - $20,000 for their EV batteries.

Tesla only charges between $3,000 to $10,000 for a EV battery for their vehicles.
