Where is it. Why are they just now starting an "investigation" if they already have all of this evidence.
James has said this was all debunked years ago. Sounds like the usual Republican scam. Hillary's emails, comes to mind. They keep trotting this out as "evidence" that Clinton was doing stuff that was illegal.
Except that Hillary's emails have been investigated more than 10 times. Immunity was offered to everyone who worked for her. Every investigation was done by Republicans, and not one charge.
Similarly, Uranium One, which claim, was Hillary taking a bribe for that sale, even though it's been proven over and over again that Hillary had nothing to do with that sale, except to sign her Consent on the advice of her technical team.
All were accusations in search of a crime, that Republicans were going to prove. Just like Joe Biden's bribery.
Well, no Trump didn't say so, I am saying it because the Federal Housing Finance Agency, has her application and says so.
When did Trump say gas was under 2/gallon? Eggs are much cheaper today then before, and I am glad to hear we are in trading talks with China.

New York Attorney General Letitia James, the woman who accused Trump of similar crimes, has been accused of mortgage fraud.
In a letter, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) referred James, a Democrat who has served as the state attorney general since 2019 to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, alleging she falsified records to obtain a mortgage in 2023.
James has denied all wrongdoing. Newsweek contacted James' office via website form for comment
FHFA Director William J. Pulte said James claimed on a mortgage application in 2023 that a house in Norfolk, Virginia, was her primary residence, despite her position requiring New York residency.
The 1,450-square-foot single-family home in Norfolk was built in 1947 and has three bedrooms and one bathroom, per the deed. It was purchased for $240,000, with a $219,780 mortgage.
Pulte also claimed that she falsely stated the number of units in a Brooklyn property she owns by saying it had four units, not five, in 2021. He also claimed that James purchased another property with her father as co-signer but listed them as husband and wife in 1983 and 2000.
Pulte alleges wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud and false statements to a financial institution.
Of course, little to nothing will be done about it because the DNC controls the courts and entire justice system in the US, but it did give me a chuckle.

Based on the allegations made by Pulte. I guess we'll have to investigate....EVERYTHING to see if it's true or not, but..who knows what other things they might find while searching for evidence of the alleged crime, maybe something juicy will pop up. I hope they are VERY thorough...

They are not baseless, letitias attorney wrote a statement on her behalf explaining the story behind each allegations, but, you don't think they'll take HER word for it do you? Of course she's going to defend her client. The investigation needs to go back and look at the original documents, filed at their respective places. Maybe in their digging, they'll find some other stuff too.
