I seriously doubt we'll ever see any charges. The last time Trump tried to charge Democrats, the cases were dismissed for lack of evidence in less time than it took for the juries to order lunch.
We waited breathlessly for 4 fucking years for Durham to complete the 25th investigation of the Clintons, as well as investigations of Crossfire Hurricane, the FBI and senior Democrats, and not a single charge against ANY of them. Hillary Clinton signed a financial report with an error in it. Please pay fine.
Barr convened at least 2 Grand Juries to indict Andrew McCabe, and neither of them would recommend charges against him.
6 years of Ken Starr investigating everything Bill Clinton had ever done in his entire LIFE, and no charges.
7 Benghazi Investigations and no charges. Yet Republicans had no problems getting evidence and sending other Republicans to jail.
Either Democrats are the smartest criminals who ever lived, who leave no evidence of their crimes, or they never committed the crimes Republicans accuse them of in the first place.
Republican accuse Democrats of crimes and start investigations to find the evidence that these crimes exist. Democrats wait for the crime to happen and then investigate to find the perpetrators.
Republicans working for the White House filed whistle blower reports (more than one report was filed), on Trump's phone call with Zelensky which lead to his first impeachment.
You're still claiming that Joe Biden accepted bribes, even though Republicans have never produced a single witness or a shred of evidence to support such claims. 8 years of Biden investigations. Trump also says that gas is now under $2 a gallon, eggs are cheap and plentiful, and he's having trade talks with China.

I am suggesting that you're making them guilty of crimes with no evidence. And accusations by Trump are not evidence. So given that the accuser is a 34-time convicted felon, I am going to treat this just like anything else where a convicted felon accuses the people who convicted him of crimes.

As always, Republicans accuse and then investigate. Republican openly commit crimes, Republicans investigate the crirmes committed, and then AG's prosecute the crimes found, based on the evidence produced by the investigation.
Donald Trump was prosecuted on the basis of his life long criminal record, all of which was upheld by grand juries; trials in front of juries where both sides presented their evidence; and Trump was found guilty - in 4 different jurisdictions, in multiple states.
Nobody could have prosecuted Trump if he hadn't publically committed these crimes in the first place. The whole world has watched his unchecked corruption, lies, and scams. His claiming that nothing he did was illegal is just another lie. If it wasn't illegal, he wouldn't have gone to such lengths to cover it up.
And still you say Trump's not a criminal, and the Democrats who have never been charged are "above the law". Maybe if Republicans waited until a Democrat commits a crime instead of making shit up and then trying to prove it really happened, you'd have better success.

New York Attorney General Letitia James, the woman who accused Trump of similar crimes, has been accused of mortgage fraud.
In a letter, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) referred James, a Democrat who has served as the state attorney general since 2019 to U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, alleging she falsified records to obtain a mortgage in 2023.
James has denied all wrongdoing. Newsweek contacted James' office via website form for comment
FHFA Director William J. Pulte said James claimed on a mortgage application in 2023 that a house in Norfolk, Virginia, was her primary residence, despite her position requiring New York residency.
The 1,450-square-foot single-family home in Norfolk was built in 1947 and has three bedrooms and one bathroom, per the deed. It was purchased for $240,000, with a $219,780 mortgage.
Pulte also claimed that she falsely stated the number of units in a Brooklyn property she owns by saying it had four units, not five, in 2021. He also claimed that James purchased another property with her father as co-signer but listed them as husband and wife in 1983 and 2000.
Pulte alleges wire fraud, mail fraud, bank fraud and false statements to a financial institution.
Of course, little to nothing will be done about it because the DNC controls the courts and entire justice system in the US, but it did give me a chuckle.
