No one had to 'tell' me anything. It was reported on Fox but I imagine you can find more on podcasts which are today, far more objective than the legacy media or Whitehouse spokespersons. Newsnation is a good source of news as well. Reports show what was in the bill and what was thrown out. This guy has the largest viewership for a broadcast. Watch it to learn.
