This is an incredible read. Yes, trump thinks he is a law unto himself. As the article states, many, if not all, of his 70 or so EOs are unconstitutional. But the MAGA majority congress is rolling over and giving him an authority that the US Constitution specifically gives to Congress. I don't think the Dems, at this point, have the fortitude or even the will to step up to trump's unconstitutional power grab. Until repubs in congress begin to realize that trump's greed is very well gong to cost them their seats, no one is going to say, "STOP!"

There are even cases here where the precedents point one way, and even a law, but the Constitutional question remains. The law that says the President cannot "impound" funds is Constitutional bullshit. Thomas ******* Jefferson did it. To say that the President is compelled to spend money foolishly is simply stupid.

Give it a few months for these matters to play out.
