I think it all depends on whether or not he wins the election. My guess is if he wins, he gets a slap on the wrist. Basically just some fines. I don't see a judge putting a president-elect in jail. If he loses, however, then he might get some jail time. But probably a short term on either house arrest or Club Fed.

Either way though, he'll be a convicted felon.
