Donald Trump Has His Own E-mail Scandal & It's Too Ironic To Ignore

Government deleting emails VS private citizen deleting emails = NO BRAINER
You left out..deleting private Emails to avoid or subvert prosecution.

There wasn't a law against that then, and it's only illegal if you do it after a suit has been filed against you. If deleting old emails is your standard business practice, it's perfectly legal.
An excuse for Donald that you wont accept for Hillary. And never mind the nuance. Of course it's a business practice. It's also a personal practice, and probably a government practice. I never open my spam Emails, and I clean out my send file and others regularly. I know businesses have archives, presumably governments too. So if Hillary cleaned old personal files and Donald cleaned old files that could be detrimental to him in a law suit, spare the nuances. Also spare the 'got somebody executed' too. That's one of those talking points that can't be proven or disproven. Republicans are good at that, gives them something to cling to. However, proof is welcome, so if you have it without hearsay, please do post it.

You're an idiot and a douche bag. There is a law that requires government employees to retain all their emails, period. Your belief that government is allowed to operate in the same fashion as private business is comical. Hillary broke the law, and she knew she was breaking the law. She broke multiple laws, including perjury. She's a liar and a crook.

Probably, but it's your silliness that comes across. Please tell us more about you career in military intelligence. Love to hear it! :)
That wasn't my career. My MOS was 82C, Forward Observer. I graduated from my MOS in Fort Sill as Honor Graduate. Nearly all of it was the study of geometry and using a theodolite. I don't know what they use now. The S2 office in Headquarter's battery created a scandal and the entire office was fired. Either reassigned or kicked out of the military. I was recommended for an S2 job and was reassigned where I spent the last two years of military service.
That's it. That's the entire story.

So what does S2 do? Since my battalion was nuclear capable, S2 put together the investigations to award different level clearances. Handle classified documents. Handle maps. Keep battle plans. We were inspected twice a year by the CIA and a vigorous AGI (Annual General Inspection). In the two years I worked there we didn't have a single deficiency.

Really? Then we agree. Republicans have a different set of rules. Since Condi Rice and Colin Powell didn't turn over a single email. The sum total of ALL emails between the two of them was ZERO.

THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH A SITE THAT CLAIMS CALLING A WOMAN INSECURE IS SEXIST. WHERE DOES RDEAN, NOT THE BRIGHTEST BULB IN ANY CHANDELIER, FIND THESE SILLY SITES?

After Brzezinski and Morning Joe co-host Joe Scarborough criticized Trump during a Monday morning episode, Trump tweeted that the show is "unwatchable" and that Brzezinski is "off the wall, a neurotic and not very bright mess!" Yup, a man who could very well be the next President of the United States tweeted that. But wait, Trump didn't stop there. Instead, just a few minutes later, Trump tweeted again about Brzezinski, calling her Scarborough's "very insecure long-time girlfriend."

Calling women "neurotic" is an age-old insult — women have historically been stereotyped as "hysterical" and, really, by 2016, they should no longer have to deal with having their mental state called into question just because of their gender. Trump's sexism is no secret, but it's still shocking to see someone outwardly use such sexist and gendered language when referring to a woman (it's 2016 for goodness' sake) — especially someone who wants to be the next President of the United States.

THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH A SITE THAT CLAIMS CALLING A WOMAN INSECURE IS SEXIST. WHERE DOES RDEAN, NOT THE BRIGHTEST BULB IN ANY CHANDELIER, FIND THESE SILLY SITES?

Um, phone call from Donald Trump?

In 2006, a judge ordered Donald Trump's casino operation to turn over a series of e-mails, and allegedly found that Trump Organization had routinely erased e-mails dating between 1996 and 2001, according to USA Today. Furthermore, this charge was actually never resolved, so it is still out there waiting for resolution. Defendants in this case that Trump brought said this amounted to destruction of evidence. This is particularly curious given one of Trump's favorite talking points used to disparage Hillary Clinton is simply mentioning her infamous e-mail scandal, which has seen heavy criticism over the past year.

Trump's response to Clinton's unresolved e-mail scandal is to call her crooked, what exactly does that make Donald Trump? In the meantime, Trump's own unresolved scandal derives from the private dealings of his own organization. Clinton's missing e-mails are actually consistent with the actions of her predecessors — former Secretaries of State — who were also federal employees of the U.S. government.

Republicans and Democrats run by a different set of rules.

Bill has an affair. Donald had affairs on every wife he's had. Therefore, it's Bill who should be charged with something.

Republicans tricked us into Iraq, but because some Democrats voted yes on the war, it's their fault.

9/11 happened nearly a year into the Bush first term, so it's Clinton's fault.

In 2003, Bush disbanded the Iraqi military and many top leaders joined Isis, but it's Obama's fault.

Republicans have nothing to fear. They have a different set of rules.

I'm sure there are just TONS of top secret classified emails on that corporate server!

Are you really that loony?

So which is worse, a private server with a dedicated IT professional

or

A public AOL account.

Remember, Powell turned over ZERO emails as SOS. Was that OK? More safe? Could the account still be out there spread across AOL servers? Short answer? Yes!

Trump doesn't deal with classified information in any capacity. He has every right to erase his emails YOU STUPID ASSHOLE!!!!

Yeah, Hillary was worse.

Yes, his use of government equipment for secret info was more safe and didn't violate the law.

Actually, Hillary's private server is worse. AOL email is more secure than Hillary's server. No matter how desperately you try to paint an equivalence, there simply is none. Powell used his private email purely for personal matters. He used government email for all other matters, and he turned over all his government emails because they are still on government servers. Furthermore, when he was SOS, there was no law against using private email. That changed under the Bush administration. Hillary used private email and a private server to conduct official State Department business. That has been against the law ever since she was appointed SOS. No one else did that before her.

Not when they're the subject of an ongoing investigation he doesn't have the "right" to erase them. This was regarding a case with his casino's but there's an even bigger one coming up. In fact, 3500 class action law suits over Trump University.
Yes, Trump University Was a Massive Scam

They were erased long before the lawsuit was filed. There is no violation of the law, moron.

Don't worry Wiki-Leaks will drag them up--LOL

How will it do that? They were erased before wiki-leaks even existed.

7 email chains, were top secret, all started by her top level staff with top secret knowledge and clearance, where they were talking to each other via email on an unclassified govt server...then the top level staff forwarded 7 of these conversations among themselves, to include Hillary.

There were not TONS of top secret emails on Hillary's server, if that's what your comment was meant to imply?

There were no top secret documents or strategic plans etc. in any of these emails, it was primarily her staff talking about things that were later deemed/marked top secret classified by the department of Intelligence.... essentially they had loose lips via email...

If she had a government account, there would have been no breech.

Are you aware that "I'm sure" is not evidence?
