Presidents dont grant immunity, at all. You have no idea what you are talking about.

Pecker was given immunity by the prosecition to testify during the Cohen trial.

Granting a person immunity doe not make them guilty or innocent, they are not on trial.

Trump granted immunity, haha, see how this works. You believe it was justice then demonstrate you have no idea what happened or why.

The prosecution granted immunity so fools would believe there was a crime

Trump's DOJ gave David Pecker immunity from prosecution on the Stormy Daniels matter in exchange for his testimony against Michael Cohen. Why would they give Trump's friend immunity from prosecution if there was no crime committed????

Given the volumes of evidence we have on Trump involvement in efforts to bend the DOJ to his will throughout his Administration, including:
  • obstruction of justice in the matter of Cohen's prosecution;
  • firing Jim Comey for refusing to drop the Russia Investigation;
  • forcing the SDNY to drop all investigations of the Trump Corporation;
  • forcing Barr to illegally attempt to prosecute Andrew McCabe, in violation of his civil rights;
  • firing the Inspector General who said Hillary should not be prosecuted for her emails,
  • raging at Bill Barr for not indicting or charging any Democrats in the Fall of 2020.
Do you think that immunity would have been granted to Pecker without Trump's say so?

I accept your admission there is no evidence.

Run along, MoronMike.

Beside the definition of "basement dweller" in your Cult Leader's dictionary, is a picture of Nostra Dumbass, parroting Trump's latest lies. And demanding the same links over and over and over again.

It was not Trump's department of justice. It was the department of justice of obama and the deep state. There was no mass firings and replacements when Trump took office.

If you have the truth on your side why do you lie and embellish, to make things appear as they are not.

The DOJ was run by Trump’s appointees.

THEY made the decisions

There are mass firings and replacements in the DOJ when EVERY President takes office. Including Biden. The only Trump prosecutors Biden kept on were Special Prosecutor John Durham and the Delaware Prosecutor working on the Hunter Biden file.

The reason why so many of the lawyers Mueller hired for his investigation were Democrats was because all of the Democrats were out of work after right after Trump was inaugurated, and all of the Republicans lawyers were now working for the Trump DOJ.

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes the negotiation of a dispute between the United States and a foreign government by an unauthorized American citizen.
The intent behind the Act is to prevent unauthorized negotiations from undermining the government's position.
The Act was passed following George Logan's unauthorized negotiations with France in 1798, and was signed into law by President John Adams on January 30, 1799.

The Act was amended in 1994, changing the penalty for violation from "fined $5,000" to "fined under this title"; this appears to be the only amendment to the Act.

Violation of the Logan Act is a felony, punishable with imprisonment for up to three years.

What dispute with Israel is Trump negotiating?

What crime did David Pecker commit in the "Stormy Daniels matter"?

Trump had no mass firings if any at all at the DOJ.

Since DJT will lose badly, none of that will happen. Their will be no Project 2025.

It would be a violation of the Logan Act would it not? The same kind of thing Flynn did when he spoke to Kislyak about a matter in contradiction to US policy.
Ayup

He just can't stop breaking the law.

And another phone call?

He apparently can't learn either.

Donald Trump has been accused of violating federal law by allegedly calling Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to discuss the ceasefire deal the U.S. is helping negotiate between Israel and Hamas.

The former president allegedly made the call on August 14, according to Axios, which cited two unnamed "U.S. sources who were briefed on the call."

The next day, however, Netanyahu's office denied that the call took place. In a statement quoted by The Times of Israel, a spokesperson said: "Contrary to media reports, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu did not speak yesterday with former President Donald Trump."

It is unclear if a call between Trump and Netanyahu took place and Newsweek has contacted representatives of the former president for comment.

"balls to the wall treason" is how some have described it.

Now we all know Trump is capable of breaking the Logan Act is such a brazen fashion and compromising the lives of Israeli hostages in the process, but is Benjamin Netanyahu?

At this point I would say yes, but...

Caution. TDS panic attack in progress. Heads may a’splode. Grab an umbrella.

What law would that have broken exactly?

Rot in hell Dems while Trump cleans up your damn mess.
Apparently, the two assfucks Trump & Bibi have nothing better to do then chit chat on the phone.

Birds of a feather. One needs to win election to stay OUT of prison, the other one needs to stay IN office to stay out of prison.

Prison. Where they both belong.
