What the majority of Americans do not understand about Hitler is for a long time he was considered the man who saved Germany. When he took over, Germany was in very bad condition. Hitler was recognised by Time Magazine for his getting Germany back to work and out of dire poverty. It was later when he waged war suddenly the impression of him changed.
