Excellent - OAN is in up to their ears with the Fraudit in Arizona. Bankrupt the bitches right along with Rudy, Sid, and MrPillow! :D

WASHINGTON – Dominion Voting Systems on Tuesday filed defamation suits against One America News Network, Herring Networks’ Newsmax Media and the founder and former CEO of Overstock.com over claims by the defendants that the company rigged the 2020 U.S. election for President Joe Biden.
Also named in the complaint are OAN personalities Chanel Rion and Christina Bobb, and Herring Networks owners Robert Herring and Charles Herring.
OAN didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
Former President Donald Trump refused to accept the 2020 presidential election results and instead backed dozens of failed lawsuits and continued to spread baseless claims of voter fraud. OAN and Newsmax are pro-Trump news organizations.
The trio of complaints details that OAN, Newsmax and former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne “knowingly and continuously sold the false story of election fraud in the 2020 presidential election, with Dominion cast as the villain.”
“Newsmax and OAN both endorsed, repeated, broadcast, and amplified a series of verifiably false lies about Dominion to serve their own commercial purposes,” wrote Dominion lawyer Stephen Shackelford, a partner at Susman Godfrey LLP.

Unless Dominion opens up their code, provides all of the data from that night and potential security flaws, they have little grounds for allegations. These networks can easily show that many states, from Texas on down and every other democratic country on earth has rejected Dominion software for their federal elections. Why?

The election hurt America. When you have Brits asking "how come America can't tally up all the votes in one night as they usually do?" You know you are losing the narrative.

To this day the comments on youtube and other social media are not flattering to the process on that night. Instead of dealing it BEFORE the election and soon after with a quick investigation, they let it fester. You can't recover from the amount of doubt created.

Dominion is just creating more suspicion about their company, their processes and the secrecy around it.
If they had responded on election night with this, they might have a leg to stand on. Such a delay so long after the election...why? Especially when they still lack transparency.

I am guessing that most nations will decide that they don't want to follow the U.S system of an electronic federal system in their country. Not after election night 2020 and the global aftermath.

Reporting on what someone says is not defamation. It is reporting. If amplifying a lie is defamation, then MSNBC would not exist, nor would anybody ever cover a politician.

You're smarter than this dude ^ Sorry, but the Frauditeers are NOT entitled to servers, proprietary code, passwords, emails or ANY of the crap they demand at this point.

They are already costing Maricopa County 3 million for forcing them to decommission all their voting machines. And you want Dominion to open their doors to further goofy demands?

How about NO

It's a federal election. The very basic premise of your democratic premise.

They don't need passwords, they need data that supports every result in every precinct. Also, these media outlets will bring in experts who will confirm why they didn't want to use Dominion for state elections.

The Dems themselves raised suspicions of the software in their Primaries. On left-wing media they showed a guy hacking a voting machine in minutes.

Dominion has to accept that people don't trust them or software of any kind. Theirs just happened to be used and they've done NOTHING to appease others.

There were constant investigations into Trump, but the GOP didn't push for an investigation that could have settled this in a week?

No matter what Dominion, you or I say, citizens and the world will all scratch their heads. Some will simply not trust it. Election Night and all the delays assured this.

Hopefully you realize that there were umpteen hand/ machine recounts which matched up identically. Were there and issue with the Dominion machines, we would know about it.

The election was 10 months ago .. Time to move on.

Bring it on. They sue a lot of people and nothing happens. It is a bluff and Dominion once again is showcasing their obvious guilt.

Questioning software and delays of a democratic election is now "conspiracy"? You better not google Democrats who raised these issues multiple times then.

Is Texas a conspiracy state because they didn't allow Dominion software out of security concerns? How about New Brunswick when the election drew concerns from citizens and even the media?

All of the rest of the worlds democracies that don't allow Dominion software in their federal elections...are they all conspiracy theorists too?

When you aren't transparent and you wait almost a year before suing without providing any data before that time, coupled with many odd activities on election night, with a delay of the votes...yes, Dominion is not making their case any stronger in the court of public opinion.

Reasonable people expect reasonable processes, timelines and procedures to the most routine activities. When multiple issues come up on Election Night, the question becomes "how many coincidences make a fact"? No one is good conscience can say that the process was smooth nor the questions illegitimate. Media reporting that night just raised more questions.

I've accepted that Biden won. This doesn't mean I'm not reading comments far and wide online and it doesn't mean I can pretend my eyes didn't see what they saw on Election Night. I suspected that the mail-out votes were going to create plenty of concerns for Trump, and the process as a whole...

Dominion Resources machines are all fraud. The Maricopa County traitors say they won't use them again because the Cyber Ninjas can program them to cheat....

If they can be programmed to cheat.... then the Dems want us to believe they, the Dems, knew the machines could be rigged to cheat but the Dems did not do that....

Bull.

The AZ Dems admitted the Dominion machines can be rigged to cheat, because they have been cheating all along. And they ADMIT they KNOW the machines cheat.....

They're going to have to if they want to prove defamation.

I hope they are prepared for discovery.

This should be fun.

They sure as hell are, NOW. They sued. Discovery will be allowed for all of that shit and they will be compelled to produce it.

Dominion could always nonsuit their defamation action. :dunno:

Otherwise, they can get bent. They will be compelled to produce all of the "crap" demanded.
