US AG Garland claimed the 1 thing that finally made him green light the unprecedented, historic, unwarranted heavily armed raid on Trump's house was that he had National Security nuclear secrets .... which he pondered over for weeks before approving the raid.

Funny how there was no mention of any such 'national security-threatening nuclear secrets' in the released affidavit...when they were supposed to be one of / THE most important factors in approving the raid.

And don't give me that 'they were redacted' BS - they already publicly declared Trump supposedly had 'bational security-threatening nuclear secrets', so there was no reason to redact the mere mention of them.

By releasing an affidavit with NO MENTION of 'national security-threatening nuclear secrets' Garland / the DOJ & the FBI just proved they were lying again, exposed the entire Trump raid was unnecessary, and that they were fishing for ANYTHING they could use against him now / in the future. It also explains why the search warrant was SO BROAD.

So nuclear secrets of the largest superpower in the world were left to sit in Trumps basement for a year & a half before they decided to do anything about it?

Uuummmm yeah...OK
Garland and Wray thought Americans were / are so stupid ... and so many snowflakes have proved they are partly right.

:p

No mention of the DOJ's & FBI's #1 justification for the raid in the released affidavit...

That is the undeniable evidence the 'UNPRECEDENTED', 'HISTORIC', 'UNWARRANTED', '1st time ever' heavily-armed raid of a President home - especially when Garland claimed its DOJ SOP to make EVERY effort to retrieve what is wanted WITHOUT conducting raids - was a criminally unwarranted fishing expedition to find anything they could use against Trump.

Dems on this board are avoiding this as much as the fake news media are....

there is a reason they fought so hard to keep this hidden from the public.

it highlights even how much of this was a stalinist raid

Trump's legal team argues their client's constitutional rights were violated and that there may have been privileged documents among those taken by federal officials, and the former president is pursuing the appointment of a special master to review independently the evidence that the FBI seized from his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida last month.

Cannon, a Trump appointee, granted Trump's motion to appoint a special master "to review the seized property for personal items and documents and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorney client and/or executive privilege."

Trump is under investigation for possible violations of the Espionage Act and obstruction of justice over his handling of documents after leaving office, according to the unsealed search warrant. Trump claims he declassified all the documents stored at Mar-a-Lago, as the Justice Department says dozens of records and empty folders with classified markings were found, and the former president has denied any wrongdoing.

POSSIBLE Violations of Espionage Act. Means....like every other investigation into this good president, they are on a fishing expedition to find any thing..any. little. thing in order to stop him from running. Can he stop us from voting for President Trump?? no. They can't. LOLOL

huge win for the rule of law, and giant blow to the Stalinist Xiden regime
