From the East to the West there is a big difference.
Here in Ventura County, the cities with the most cases are generally of Republican persuasion and reside on the East side of the County. Those cities are Simi Valley, Camarillo, and Thousand Oaks. Oxnard is mostly an Hispanic Democratic voting city, which has numbers as high as those of Republican cities. Interesting stats, in all.

Maybe it's not a political issue but a population density issue.
I agree. It is, actually. The most tested cases are in the most populous cities. I was just pointing out the political persuasion of those with the most cases. The interesting stat is how the tested cases prove out. Person to person, and communal.

The most cases in south Florida counties? All hugely Democratic

FL Gov has a stick in his ass, too.
Which has what to do with anything you stated?

Most cases St. Louis and Kansas City...and Boone County where The College is...all Blue.

38 cases in Springfield...much more Red.

" By Monday afternoon, the state had reported 1,031 confirmed cases and 13 deaths.

St. Louis County had the highest caseload at 366, followed by Kansas City at 100 and the city of St. Louis at 91. Columbia's Boone County had 59 and the part of Jackson County outside of Kansas City had 56.

Springfield's Greene County had 38 cases and three deaths.

The virus also continued its spread into rural Missouri. There are now confirmed cases in nearly half of the state's counties. "

Coincidently...these are the most densely populated areas in the state.
