It's "you're" and you're dreadful at trying to read people. Do you honestly believe you goons never fight over the wording in the 2nd Amendment on a daily basis?

Second time, quit the clichés or I will school your dumb ass.

You are thick as fuck over your own 2nd Amendment. You haven't even got a clue where it came from. You just parrot fashion the clichés and US marketing slogans that were indoctrinated into you at school.

Why are Yanks so thick as fuck over history? Is it because America has fuck all in the way of history. The colonies were British, hence why you have Manchester, Newcastle, Plymouth, Cumbernauld, Carlisle etc.. you thick retard. The powers from the monarchy transferred over to parliament after the English civil war, around late 1600's. The British colonies wanted to break away from parliament but we're getting their asses kicked. So the French stood in and helped the colonies. To this date, America has never won a war on it's own, you retarded mong.

You are a sorry, uneducated retard. One of many on American forums. You're such a failure, and have to whoop and slap one another at the most irrelevant shit that happens, that's how dull your life is. England became England in 927, and even before then, had centuries of history before the Americas.

I admire your enthusiasm, despite your poor existence, but you guys always have to beef yourselves up to look good.

I think I understand your malfunction,,

you think we give a shit about your opinion,,,
I asked you a simple question that even one of my Jack Russell puppies understands, and it flew over your head at 33,000 feet.

Go back a handful of posts and try again. If you still struggle, get a fucking adult to help you

Federalizing militia is antithetical to the fundamental purpose of militia.

See Federalist #51. For starters.

Then #45.

Then #17.

Then #28.

Then #46.

Then maybe the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions. And the Virginia Declaration of Rights (1776)

Than give Art. V and Art. 1. Sec. 2,3. a peek.

As an aside, Jefferson's first inaugural address is a relevant read. You know. Bulwarks and whatnot...

i understand the answer, all right. your cosplay christian soldiers are not necessary for a free state or anything else.
Thank you for proving me correct.

The federal government has the power to call unto federal service state militias.
Your nonsense in the OP demonstrates your ignorance of that fact.

The states got to decides their own militia organizations, and they got to decide their own gun control laws, and even towns and counties could add their own as well. The right wing and left wing nutjobs just need to grow up and get over it.

And original intent was they could also promote and favor a particular sect of Christianity as well, so people need to get over that as well.

no the states cant decide their own gun laws anymore than they can make their own 1st amendment laws on what speech is acceptable and what religions can be practiced,,

under original intent fed laws over ride state laws and that means states couldnt make gun laws restricting or limiting possession,,

I couldnt care less about your anti constitutional sniveling,,

allow us to federalize the right wing militias and deploy them to harmless locations?
According to Article I, Section 8, Clause 16, the federal government has "unlimited" power over the militias, except in the choosing of the officers and training of said militias.
There is a problem with the Constitution's stating that the federal government has "unlimited" power over the militias, as it conflicts with the Constitution's Second Amendment. In the Second Amendment, it very clearly states that "a well-regulated militia being necessary for the security of a FREE STATE," the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." The term free state can not only be interpreted as just a single state in the union, or our entire nation as a nation state.
If the government were to become a Marxist nation, which is dictatorial, "not free," by extension, the state government would no longer be free, the text of the Second Amendment makes it clear that a militia should intercede to return the state to being a "free" state.
As the Clause 16 paragraph states that the federal government over the militias, they can clearly deploy any National Guard units to anywhere they want, including what you call harmless (peaceful) areas. They just can't choose the officers and initial training of the guard troops.
