My initial thought was obviously no.
But then again men who are perceived as "manly" by being tall with big muscles are more likely to get laid, and most religions don't like the idea of getting laid before marriage so the men who are more likely to abide by that law are the skinny, scrawny unmanly types who won't get any anyways.
