Go back to FDR. Why was he spending so much prior to WW2? And it did no good at all for him to spend so much. War stopped the Depression. Is it smart to have wars thinking they will increase production?

I have a step daughter who had been a teacher then promoted to Principal, and she after excellent years got sick of the administration and got to be a Teacher again who was also a Vice principal. She has not told me bad things about private education.
