4 years of Trump... didn't stop the decline. the House being controlled by the Republicans in the last 2 years, and the Senate and the House being controlled by the Republicans for at least half the time hasn't stopped the decline.

I'll ignore the nonsensical feeling .. yet .. let's say this were the case. How many presidents have had 100% of their constituency like them? Besides, if this were the case, Trump is bringing on a larger presence of black and hispanic voters. Cheers!
