Ironically, this happened in Florida, where Ron DeSantis has declared war against DEI.

Yet here we have a white doctor who could not tell the difference between a spleen and a liver.

I wonder how mamy better qualified black candidates were not employed by this hospital so that this unqualified white man could get the job.

Yep, that Ron guy is always horning in on surgeries and screwing them up, and when he's not in surgery he's busy keeping black people out of the hospitals by barring the doors.
