I ranted in private. I said thanks "Exactly. Thanks." to them then hung up (on the phone with an idiot who, when I asked where my appointment was after denying that she wasn't scheduling me an appointment, said she couldn't do that but it didn't mean she wasn't scheduling me an appointment even though that is what her job is.)
