No chance of getting a developing chick in your eggs. Hens produce eggs as part of their normal cycle. There are no roosters anywhere near an industrial egg operation. Chick production is a separate industrial process with no direct connection to food eggs.

if you try to spin a raw egg it will wobble because of the liquid inside. If it was hard boiled or there was a baby bird inside, it would spin on end.

If a person were vegan for ethical reasons, I would think that eating eggs would be out due to the caging, and the immediate killing of male chicks.

If for health, they would be foolish to pass on eggs, which have very healthy fat and protein.
