The table by itself, does not.

The only thing the web page, alone, proves is that the claim that Police ignore white criminals, and focus exclusively on black criminals, is false.

"In 2013, 68.9 percent of all individuals arrested were white, 28.3 percent were black, and 2.9 percent were of other races."

Now if you add in additional information such as:

So the so-called black race, is only 13% of the population. Yet according to the FBI tables you posted... Blacks make up 52% of all murder. 56% of robbery. 31% of rape. And on down the list, Blacks have much higher crime rates relative to their percentage of society.

Unfortunately the problem I believe is black women giving out too easily, and black men failing to remain in the home.

If they could solve the family crisis, the crime issue would evaporate.

At face value no. They only show who was arrested for what type of crime. However, when you compare the Uniform Crime Report to the National Victimization Survey you may correctly assume accuracy if the numbers match within a reasonable range of each other.
