Official hard drives and devices, such as those used by the Secretary of State, that contain classified information are governed by federal laws and regulations - as you should know the government has a law for everything.
The destruction of said classified files and devices are also governed by laws, laws which Hillary violated when she smashed several of her devices and used Bleach Bit on her server instead of following those specific directions outlines d in the governing laws and regulations. She broke the law.
Hillary also perpetrated Obstruction of Justice, disobeying the FBI's order to turn over EVERYTHING when she deleted e-mails / documents, used Bleach Bit on her server, destroyed devices, and turned a few devices in after she had removed the chip in them. Again, she broke the law.
