If so, when was the last time you wrote one, and to who?

I think the last time I wrote a hand written letter was to some friends in basic training 11 years ago, with the invention of email there really is no need to anymore, in basic they didn't let us use computers so I had to write them the old fashioned way.

Once upon a time, i had lovely handwriting. Not any more. I write like a 5 year old would.
Can't hold a pen or pencil. Or paint brush.

Letters or notes/cards? The last notes i sent were sympathy notes to a friend in TX for the loss of her husband. I also sent one to each of their daughters.

As for letters.... I don't do letters.... not now, not ever...

It's been years since I wrote a letter. Between online communication and my inability to maintain many relationships over distance there's been no need.

I tried it once but had to get a new computer because I couldn't erase it and could no longer see my screen.
