A chemical spills at Disneyland early Thursday morning briefly hospitalized a cast member and prompted a response from the Anaheim Fire & Rescue Hazardous Material team.

Sigh … Obviously, it is a case by case basis. But generally employee negligence or intentional wrongdoing on the part of the injured employee will preclude the employer and comp carrier from having to pay. DERP!
