Tracking the problem, by counting how many get caught, is an odd way of doing it.


Seems like it could under report the issue, if enforcement was lax,and create the illusion of the problem worsening, as enforcement improves.

Sorry, but saying that you have dramatically reduced border crossings by 40 percent, but the amount of crossings in 2019 while less than 2018, was still one of the highest numbers in over a decade. That's not really reducing much. Border crossings were less under Obama.

The 52,000 in September is back on the historic averages of apprehensions. We'll see in OCT-NOV-DEC if the wall and Mexican soldiers reduce below the average number or not. Then we'll see next year after the wall is completed if the numbers are dramatically reduced.
Trump got it done, the "caravans" lost the immigration war, another promise kept.
