Blessed BlastoffDid Jesus physically ascend to Heaven? I don't dispute a spiritual ascension, but a physical ascension to an unspecified location is beyond my comprehension. Can someone explain this to me?

The Inter/Extra-dimensional is next to impossible for humans to comprehend let explain. I got humiliated when I tried to prove to Dr. Gentry & our physics/optics class @ SFCC that light is pure energy & has no physical mass to it. My experiment went off without a hitch. Unfortunately I had no idea that physics had multiple aspects to the discipline. Dr. Gentry's sunlight/prism example right after my success blew both me & my experiment right out of the water. I did get a standing ovation from the class, one of only three standing ovations I have ever received in my lifetime. As far as the ascension of our Christ that's definitely in a class of it's own so don't feel alone on the subject, I mean humanity can't even figure out how the UFO(?) phenomenon(interdimensional(?) works..
I sometimes wish I knew.
My priest encourages us to not be upset by the fact that there is so much that we cannot possibly know about the Holy Trinity. I just try to accept it.

Which way did he go!!! Such foolishness...I don't think about things like that.
Someday we will find out one way or the other.

So, where is heaven? After Jesus' resurrection he became immortal to never part from his body again. So when it says that he ascended into heaven, yes, it was his body and all.
Jesus Christ, Ascension of
- he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven, Luke 24:51.

- I go unto my Father, John 14:12 (14:28).
- Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended, John 20:17.
- same Jesus, which is taken up from you, Acts 1:11.
- same also that ascended up far above all heavens, Eph. 4:10.
- received up into glory, 1 Tim. 3:16.
- Christ should show himself … after his ascension, 3 Ne. 11:12.

- See also Mosiah 18:2; Alma 40:20.
Well obviously you haven't seen Space Odyssey! Geez! So, where is heaven?
I agree that some things are beyond human comprehension, but I also think that belief requires some measure of understanding. If you don't know what you believe, how can you believe in it?I sometimes wish I knew.

Does he still have the body of a 33 year old?Luke 24:36-43
36 And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
37 But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
38 And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?
39 Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
40 And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.
41 And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?
42 And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
43 And he took it, and did eat before them.
The resurrected Jesus has an immortal body of flesh and bones.
After his resurrection, Jesus now had his glorified body. (Note the passages where he was able to enter a room while the door was locked; where after the breaking of the bread it appears he was simply gone. Yet he did have a body (note the passage where he told Thomas to take his hand; the passages when he was eating).Did Jesus physically ascend to Heaven? I don't dispute a spiritual ascension, but a physical ascension to an unspecified location is beyond my comprehension. Can someone explain this to me?
Or...consider this...People of faith who have no fear of reality and are willing to embrace the reality. No Yeshua, no god. No heaven. Just brain-dead fools who believe in a myth.
I don't know the exact age of a resurrected body but I imagine that it is not an old body. Those who saw Jesus upon his resurrection recognized him. I doubt that once resurrected that our bodies age to be old since they are immortal and do not decay. Maybe there is a point in our lives that we age going up hill and then at some point we start to go down hill. I would hope that we resurrect to a body that is on the uphill side of our lives. Maybe children who die in their youth resurrect with the age of the body when it died but progress to be of an uphill mature age after their resurrection. Maybe we are given a choice, who knows.Does he still have the body of a 33 year old?
Nice try and you are allowed to have your opinion. But, those who are fence sitters will only end up with splinters in their butts. Jesus is the Christ. And because of his atonement, you will be resurrected too. Get off the fence before the great and dreadful day of the Lord..
This is just my opinion but you seem kind of foolish telling a cyber stranger they are foolish because they feel differant than you.
In other words you think you are Jesus in the sense of being perfect !
