As the trigger states kick in their 50 year old laws, we'll see how the 'cookie' crumbles. Democrats have lost the ground game in the states and need to get it back. This is the perfect issue. With enough states they can pass a new Amendment or two. I seriously doubt they can pull it off.

I think the democrats have moved so far left that only those that are radical or just followers are leaving them. So I expect them to be choosing what hills to take their final stand on hills with the likes of AOC and others.

But we do have statements like "I do not expect it to be overturned", when clearly their intent ahead of time was to deliberately over turn it.
