As a Progressive you won. You do not accept the failures of any agendas though. So, you lash out at others who do agree with you. The people who live in the hinterlands are at fault for the flaws still existing in Progressive areas according to you. And there is no relationship in affecting the problems in urban areas. They have their problems also. You never heal all of your problems even with legislation that increases revenue over and over as you go to newer agendas over the years. You have enriched the people living in poverty with many never leaving that level for life as compared to other parts of the planet who live in poverty though. Perhaps some things will never change. Although things could improve if we administer legislation approve of better. And that would improve living even more as a positive on top of it.

Civil disobedience is breaking civil law in most cases..... It's usually no incarceration penalty, and commonly a fine....if that.

When you start forcing people to be detained against their will, the protesters should be either told to disband or be detained themselves.
