I will say it is WELL WITHIN our government's...or even of cutting edge tech corporations with the consent of the government...ability to create such illusions. Read about Project Blue Beam. It's a reality. Not sure how far they've taken it or would take it at this point, but they have the wherewithal to do it...DON'T DOUBT IT. There is real technology out there that has been around for decades that can "beam" sounds right into your head, bypassing your ears. Not saying that's what it is, but that's just an example of what can be done. And there may be more than one technology available for that same end. They could be using the atmosphere itself as a speaker. There could also be satellites involved.
