Zone1 did Adam live for 930 years and Noah for 950 years?

or does this just mean ... a long time?
Wait, your munificent "god" has the ability to let people live for near a thousand years and he's gonna cut you off at somewhere around 1/10th of that?

I'd be pissed.

No worries. Most people are ready to exit long before they reach 100. However, we could live longer if we took better care of our health.

Can't have love without free will.

Nah, Dude. People who take better care of themselves barely make it to 1/10th of that span.

Adam and Eve had free will.

They chose to disobey God in the garden and that sin corrupted the perfect universe God created.

Genesis 2

17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
Actually, the universe was corrupted by the rebellion of Lucifer. The garden of Eden was a small throwback of the earth when God first created it for the angels. That Lucifer/Satan was present reflects (his/her/its) authority at that time. Genesis 1 records the renewal of the surface of the earth, fit for the humans that would reestablish a relationship with God for the eventual purpose of restoring the once glorious spiritual kingdom of God.

I would have to disagree.

If the Earth and everything was already corrupted why did God say they would die if they eat from the Tree of knowledge of good and evil.

They had the potential of living forever.
