Dick is dead.

You're about the best example of weak on this board today. Your bald-faced partisanship shows you to be the biggest fool as well. Keep digging troll.
Whatever. You can’t make a fact based argument, so you just call names.

Go back to elementary school. or grow up.

That’s idiotic.

Worse, it's demonic. But that's who you are.

You a good comedy writer.
Y'all need to get up to speed on how the Establishment and Deep State operates.

There are some good documentaries still on Youtube that haven't been deleted yet on Operation Gladio.

The BBC documentary has too much foreign language, but there are some others that are pretty good.

You just have be willing to dig and research and bit.

Figure Gladio out, and 9/11 and 7/7 make more sense.

And this ^^^ is another totally false statement. Typical democrat---LOL or are you like a lot of other libs on this board who have suddenly become independents to distance themselves from their moronic choices?

“ a person whose only sin is he doesn't share your political views”

Never mind that that person was the architect of an unprovoked, unnecessary and disasterous war that resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands.

No, I did not share his political views!
I did not support the Iraq war and to this day believe it was a really bad, yes disastrous, error in judgment based, in part, on really bad intelligence. But unless you are going to condemn all the Republicans and all the Democrats, including Tom Daschle (D), Senate majority leader and Senator Hillary Clinton who supported the Congressional resolution to authorize it, there is certainly no justification for heaping all the blame on Dick Cheney.

I defy you to find a single post of mine ANYWHERE at ANY TIME in which I put Dick Cheney on any kind of pedestal.

Here's one, you double-talking jive turkey...

Damn I wish I could rep you again but have to wait to spread it some more. Cheney was one of the few who I think was a true patriot and public servant offering his time, considerable skill set, and passion to actually doing good things for America. He would have made a great President but instead chose to serve in the shadow of others. He did his job competently and faithfully and, as much as anybody does in recent times, for little or no personal gain.

Americans should give him a heartfelt thank you and best wishes for a full and satisfying recovery. Men of his ability, caliber, skill set, and adult perspective are rare these days, and we need a whole lot more of them.

Ugh. Gag me with a spoon...

So did anybody besides you give those folks a pass? You seem to be in full "defend Cheney for everything he ever did" mode today.

And your conclusion for that based on my posts is putting you dangerously close to being recommended for a remedial reading comprehension course I recommend for so many leftists here who can't read either.

How about your post #600. You are venerating a person who is totally undeserving.

I condemn them all. Cheney was the ringleader though.

Your post #600 says something totally different. BTW, I made a four word statement that you chose to blow up to something that it wasn't. Enroll in your own comprehension course and move into an adobe house, because your glass house is in shards.

I stand by that post.

I have had my serious disagreements with positions promoted by Cheney, but I have never questioned his patriotism and believe there is zero justification now to question it. And yes, compared to Obama and Biden, he would have made an excellent and very competent President though it would depend on who was running against him in the primaries before I can say I would have voted for him to be the candidate. He was always far more Neocon than I was comfortable with.

I won't demonize the man for policy positions he supported that I could not, did not, do not now support. Nor will I defend those positions.

Or pretend that it is okay that late in life he unethically demonized President Trump but understand that he put loyalty to his unethical daughter ahead of his judgment.

But I don't expect those we elect to high office in any capacity to be perfect people or saints. I do expect them to be honorable Americans who have America and Americans best interests at heart instead of their own power and benefit. I do believe Cheney was that.

15th post
You think that is putting him on a pedestal? You have some very weird perceptions.

See my Post #255 in this thread.

I've read this entire thread and you've taken issue with any post that didn't put him up as a heeeeeeero. Dick Cheney was what he was. He wasn't a hero. He wasn't even an very good VP and he should have never been allowed to touch a shotgun. Now I await your attempt to vilify me again because I said that "I won't miss him." And if you're honest with yourself, YOU WON'T EITHER.
