Did you read the article? Her frustration is that she's been assigned to many cases, and she runs into too many roadblocks when a judge orders a release.

However, those who break them, will be judged against our Immigration Laws and will suffer the consequences of their criminality.

Illegal Foreign Nationals can hire a lawyer (if one does not volunteer because they will not be appointed one) and they can petition the court for a hearing (which doesn't mean they will actually get one), so a judge can tell them when they will be deported, because a hearing does not necessarily create grounds that will avoid the Immigration Law or allow a path of Citizenship.

Which may go further towards indicating how lawyers are clogging the system with unnecessary proceedings.

These lawyers are being overwhelmed with immigration cases because ICE cut corners and arrested people in the country legally, causing them to get lawyers and file motions. Hundreds of them.

ICE cut corners legally and just rounded up anyone who was brown or spoke with an accent. Now they're just trying to remove them to Texas quickly, where detainees have no access to attorneys or family, just to stop the flood of petitions to the courts from those wrongfully detained.

Of course, if ICE had followed the laws regarding arresting and detaining those they wish to deport, none of this would be happening, but when you just go around willy nilly, kidnapping people off the streets, shit happens.

The problem is that Trump is ignoring the laws as passed, which is why lawyers like Ms. Le are having to go up there and look bad when a judge asks why their orders are not being followed.
