I was reviewing the unfair sentence, today of Tina Peters whose supposed crime was she denied Trump lost and of course the Democrats prosecuted her. Trump pardoned her but she is in prison since the state prosecuted her and he can't pardon state crimes.

Peters was lawfully convicted. The appeal that the sentence did not meet the crime was granted. Back to the courtroom for a sentence rehearing.

The detainees' attorney can be tried, of course.
