DHS Lawyer says her Job sucks, asks judge to throw her in jail so she can get some sleep.

If you need to beleive that, that's awesome

She'll be a hero in some circles, having no problem getting a job.
Whiners and complainers typically have problems getting a job.

Isn’t that your history, Chatbot?

What constitutes a "false claim"?

Most of them come from countries that we have designated as human rights abusers...

Now, here's the rub. I will freely admit that our definition of what qualifies for asylum is pretty nebulous.

I am reminded of the German family that claimed that they were being "oppressed" because they couldn't homeschool their kids. As absurd as that claim was on its face, they still managed to stay in this country for 17 years before USCIS finally ruled against them, and even then, they weren't deported.

But if someone is coming from Cuba or Venezuela or China, we really don't have much to say at that point.
Unless their life is in danger, they can stay where they are. And there is something to be said about leaving these people in their own countries to fix their own problems.
