Developers

In my opinion, Developers from another country, or another state, or another city make changes to the local area which makes the local area worse. These Developers do not care about the local people or the local area.

Don't blame them, they are all about the money, always were.....Blame the various planning commissions/Boards of Supervisors that approve the projects.
