The dreams DeSantis has of becoming POTUS are rapidly dimming as his attempt to Nazify Florida are gradually having a negative impact on more and more of Florida's trump Nazis.

The trump Nazis can eagerly get behind DeSantis's attacks on LGBTQ+ groups, minority voters, and women's healthcare, but good old Ron has bitten off more than he can chew with his private war on the Disney Corporation. The Disney in-house legal department has more money to spend on lawsuits than DeSantis's Florida State's Attorney.

His inevitable failure(s) to bring the House of Mouse down are demonstrating his political weaknesses. In 2015 and 2016, trump's verbal assaults on groups hated by the trump Nazis, coupled with empty promises to put them back in their place, energized his supporters. But DeSantis is showing the trump Nazis of Florida (and the rest of the country) his inability to deliver on his oppressive agenda before his first campaign for the GOP nomination begins.

Ever since trump lost his second bid for the White House, inspired a failed insurrection, and lost every court case trying to get his Big Lie to overturn the 2020 election results, across the nation, the trump Nazis have become disillusioned with their orange-tinted cult leader. For more than two years his hate-filled rhetoric has been absent, replaced with his sniveling about being victimized by.......everyone. The trump Nazis long for the old days, when their wannabe führer inspired and validated the Christian conservatives' long-held hatreds of people-of-color, foreigners, the poor, the handicapped, strong-willed women, and many other groups and individuals. For a brief period, the Nazi-like antics of Ron DeSantis offered the trump Nazis a glimmer of hope that he could pick up the torch of fascism dropped by trump in November of 2020. But to the chagrin of many trump Nazis, it appears that is not to be.
