You do understand Florida can’t afford to lose Disney don’t you? Disney employs nearly half a million people directly. Disney pays a couple billion in taxes to the State. They bring seventy five billion in revenue to the area. If they leave Florida would see a huge spike in unemployment and have to cut their state budget by nearly 5%.

All while having to pay unemployment to a million or more recently unemployed people.

Their lawyers snookered DeSantis with the old board, catching him with his pants around his ankles and now he's pissed because it made him look bad.

Look's like Disney has more an better lawyers than Florida, probably deeper pockets also.

I can see them creating the "Make Our Users Safe Everywhere Political Action Committee" (MOUSE PAC). Since it would be a PAC, it could spend unlimited amounts of money to support desired legislatures all across the state.

But I agree, ya, the next few years of maneuvering will be interesting.
