If you have heard more than one Dershowitz interview you would know that he considers New York courts unable and unwilling to give Trump a fair trial. If any judge was inclined to preside over a fair trial his life would be over figuratively and literally.

What he really said is Trump has a rigged judge against him, and what will probably be a rigged jury, but it would be overturned on appeal once it got to non-hack judges in the upper levels of the State appeals or Federal appeal system.
