deportation: this issue is flying under the radar screen

You realize there’s a difference between migrants and illegals

Right stupid?
Look in a mirror when you use that word

I fully understand the difference

Neither group should get welfare

But the migrants suck up more handouts and pay less taxes than legal immigrants

A fact that the op was designed to hide

You did it again dumfuk

Migrants covers both legal and illegal immigrants.

Very few people besides you have a problem with legal migrants

I dont have a problem with legal immigrants as long as thet are not sucking off the government teat

This op began by mixing legal immigrants and illegal aliens that I usually refer to as migrants

You are being SOLD A LIE. The whole Trumper acolytes have been sold the lie that Democrats want illegal entry immigrants to illegally vote for them.
I guess i have to repeat my first post....

Democrats are extremely short sighted in their desperate bid to gain power. They think that if they keep flooding in more illegals, EVENTUALLY they will get just enough votes (through the extra house seats they get from illegal populations) to legalize them all. The moment that happens, they will instantly have an unbeatable voting block and that will be the end of our two party system. They will have a complete lock on all elections going forward, especially after they give Puerto Rico statehood.

Then what happens? Do conservative states say, "well, i guess you beat us. We have no choice but to go along with every shitty progressive law that you shackle us with." NO! That isnt what they are going to say. They will simply secede and that will be the end of the US.

Deport them all or we are finished, and this isnt some distant future event. Its going to happen within 20 years.

If you refer to illegal immigrants as migrants you are one stupid jackass
I dont think you have the authority to define “migrants” for everyone else

But since you keep using the word “stupid” to define yourself I guess we can agree on that

Very interesting case, that will likely make it to the S.C.

The admin illegally tried to ship him to El Salvador and Mexico because they attempted to do it without a court hearing, he claimed fears being sent there....are because he turned away from both of those gangs...

and denied his "due process'' hearing on it....basically, it seems they tried to take a short cut and were caught.... If the Trump admin had just followed the constitution, then this case would not be existing imho.

It is testing the Constitutional Waters of due process covering All Persons, not just citizens....

And doing so with someone who really should be deported, but an admin hasty bad move got in the way of justice, at least so far ....it seems.

The issue is real simple: Trump's AI sucks.

Reality?

1. The only way the Prez is getting lists of hundreds of thousands of people to deport, is with AI.
2. AI makes ==> lots of mistakes. Way more than a jury of 12 peers. Way, way more. Ten times more. At least.
3. The AI that's being used, wasn't trained on the edge cases. Which are numerous, several dozen occur every week. Like this one:

I'm afraid, from my detached libertarian perspective, that ICE is after the numbers and doesn't pay much attention to the exonerating evidence.

This is bad optics, and Trump needs to fix this. Even if he has to bring Elon back (if Elon will even come). Otherwise this is going to fester and the Dems will use it against him, effectively. And against all the midterm candidates in his camp, which includes some significant seats this time around.
They all need to go, so what the he’ll is the difference. Everyone in tr country who isn’t a citizen should be removed ASAP.

Sooner or later the USSC will rule that - of course - illegal aliens do not have to have a full criminal trial to prove that they are obviously in the country illegallly and that our law calls for illegal aliens to be removed. In this case, he was ordered deported to El Salvador under President Biden. They just dragged their heels in do so, as busy as they were bringing millions of illegals and "assylum seekers" into the country.

Regardless of all that, it is an example that murderers, rapists, gang members are often released, and for illegal aliens among them, the choice is to turn them over to ICE for deportation, or loose them on our communities.

Rosales was convicted of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, use of a firearm, and possession of a firearm by an ex-felon, all deemed gang-related, in 1997. He received multiple life sentences, spent more than 25 years in prison, where he joined the Mexican Mafia prison gang, and was granted parole in November 2022, court documents show. Immigration authorities civilly detained Rosales by April 2023, according to court documents.

Funny that in 2023, Obama-appointed judges were not all that interested in "due process" for people detained by the Biden administration.
