Pretend-president Biden removed the Houthi from the terrorist list two years ago. That was likely done to appease the Iranian Mullocrats.

More likely is because our intelligence agencies (who would have actually done the removing) hadn't seen them as a threat in years and identified more worthy groups to expend time, energy, and money tracking.
Our (and yours) legitimately elected President probably would have just gotten a briefing on it. Other people would have handled the actual removal from the list.
