Democrats want families earning $500,000 to keep getting Obamacare subsidies!

How does the State demanding labor from Americans whose Medicaid coverage is snatched away help them during 2026?
Starting in December 2026, new Medicaid work requirements will mandate that certain enrollees engage in work or qualifying activities to maintain their eligibility, significantly impacting millions of beneficiaries.
What of the millions who lose their ACA coverage?
That figure is about 1.6 million per year......over ten years.......fraud is included.

It sounds as if Republicans can't concoct an honest answer to what happens to Americans during 2026 after Trump takes away their healthcare coverage.

Suddenly she's no longer a fruit cake but now the lefts heroine.

Liz Cheney affect.

Probably because xorphologist isn’t actually a specialty.

You could have seen a regular specialist who treats xorphia.
Obviously, I used a fake type of name because I didn’t want to disclose my actual condition. You didn’t understand that?

I get it. That’s why I’m going with the fake name too. I’m not asking your condition.

I’m just pointing out that what you consider a “specialist” is probably not consistent with what everyone considers a specialist.

Wrong again. The condition required someone who specialized in that, and I had been seeing a specialist - covered by my insurance - before Obamacare. After Obamacare, I couldn’t get coverage for it.

You really don’t understand how bad the scheme Obama forced on people was.

Required by “you” isn’t the same as required by medical practice.

No, it’s required. Why do you think my doctor referred me to the specialist in the first place? Because that’s where I could get the best care.

Thank god Donald Trump and the Republicans kept their promise to repeal and replace Obamacare because it sucks so bad, right?

Right?

.
Too bad the Dems would never allow it. The won’t even allow the Obamacare subsidies to revert back to normal!

That’s how most private and employer insurance works.
She lied or a doctor lied to her. There is only one exception that something is not covered and that is if you were or currently on a grandfathered plan pre obamacare. All your pre-x is covered.

Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), insurance companies cannot deny coverage or charge more based on pre-existing conditions like asthma, diabetes, or cancer. The ACA prohibits insurers from refusing to cover treatment for a pre-existing condition once you have insurance.

  • No denials for pre-existing conditions:
Health plans cannot deny you coverage, charge you more, or limit benefits because you have a pre-existing condition.
  • Continued coverage:
Insurers must cover treatment for a pre-existing condition once you are insured.
  • No exclusions:
Once you have a plan, it cannot exclude your pre-existing condition from coverage.

Again, you’re almost certainly confused about what a specialist is.

A neurologist is a specialist. A cardiologist is a specialist.

Some random specialists may deem themselves to be a specialist in “xorphia” but that doesn’t mean other people in that speciality can’t treat “xorphia”.

When Biden won in 2020, I had SEVERAL Trumpster advisory clients call me, wanting to meet in person as soon as possible. I'll never forget this. They were either (a) terrified that the Chinese tanks were going to be rolling down their street any time, or (b) full of rage and ready to literally start shooting. All I could do is just try to talk them down a bit, and they left feeling better, but I suspected that when they got in their cars and turned the radio on, they went right back to it.

Yeah, there's no doubt that people here will be affected, but they won't be able to admit it. They are so full of misguided rage that they really think Trump will save them from their misery. So they have to play the game.

What an ugly time, and what a terrible thing this says about America.
Someone in thread thinks group employer insurance won't be affected, lol. Think again if the employer decides to keep the same plan for next year or whenever open enrollment is. Now, if the employer decides they do not want to pay their contribution they will naturally step down to something cheaper with less benefits.

My condition requires the care of a specialist in that particular area in order for me to receive the best care, and the best outcome.

She doesn't realize it's up to a doctor and the insurance company who gets in network. Sounds like maybe she had an HMO.

You don't know the difference between coverage and a doc in or out of a network. No docs for your condition decided they would not get in network because of insurance reimbursement or didn't try. If you had a PPO could have went out of network but paid more out of pocket. You had coverage for your condition.

So entitled.

At first you wanted us to believe you couldn’t get care and now it’s just that you couldn’t get the “best” care.

Incredibly dishonest.
