As he races headlong into the backwaters of history, Trump has decided that the word "Affordability" is a Democrat creation, not used enough by Republicans. Well, guess what Dumb Ass, the word has been around much longer than you have!

This clown is so out of touch with reality, that it would be difficult to justify him being president of a boy scout troop, much less president of the United States, thanks to him, a third world country!

Bigly!!!

This clown is so out of touch with reality,
something else you have in common with him.

Ummmmmmmmmmmm, democrats were so out of touch with reality last November that they lost the working class voters, blacks, hispanics, and voters voted for a 34 times convicted felon who wants to take democracy away instead of voting for democrats.

Thanks for the history lesson.

You may want to write to your Senator. Planes have begun to fall from the sky. That was the lefts metric for ending the shutdown.

Wrong.

Trump got 13 percent support from blacks, 46 percent from Hispanics, and 40 percent of the Asian vote. The ONLY group as a population that voted for Trump in a majority, both men and women, were white.

Now that was last year. Tuesday night all of that changed and so you can leep running your mouth about what you claim happened last year, which is not supported by the facts, or you can recognize that the American people have rejected that agenda. Democrats weren't out of touch, people believed a liar, voted for promises that the liar knew he wasn't going to keep, and now realize the mistake that was made last year.

There are ways to improve "affordability" but Democrats are clueless about any of them.

First, the law of Supply & Demand. If you want to lower the price of gasoline, you "drill, baby drill." You open Alaska to exploration and exploitation of its massive energy resources. You open up sections of Federal lands, including parts of national parks. If you want to make housing affordable, you encourage construction of new housing units. You do NOT demand that every new development include a percentage of "affordable" units, because that mandate dramatically reduces the number of developments that actually happen.

Second is general prosperity, which invariably includes a bit of the dreaded inflation. A strong national economy results in increasing incomes, which make more things "affordable." You promote prosperity by inducing American consumers to "buy American," and working to open foreign markets to American goods and services. Democrats are clueless.

But let's see how Mamdani does in NYC with the "affordability" of rental units in the Big ******* Apple.

Democrats enjoy touting new words. Not long ago, they discovered the word comorbidity. Before that, they discovered the word forward.

It's cute. They're like children, always in awe, and giddy at the opportunity to express their new knowledge at show-and-tell.

So the point of this thread is(checks notes)to complain that Trump used a word? Not even a bad one. Just a word. Okay.
I just read it. I think Trump discovered a new word. Reminds me of how he “invented” prime the pump as a phrase. Genius.

Yes, last year America was racist because millions who voted for the old white guy refused to vote for the Indian woman. Virginia, at least, has since grown up and elected a white woman instead of a black woman, thus proving they are not racist.

Things like this are impossible to miss.

I find it kinda neat how you guys hang on TRUMP!'s every word, parse every sentence and comb through every appearance on camera, desperately looking for something, anything you can complain about. It's almost as if he lives rent free in your minds and you think about him a whole lot more than anyone else does. Is it your end-stage TDS or something else that compels you to do that?

If wr drill in national parks then not an ounce of that oil should leave our shores.

He said that it is a new word, that was first coined in 1910.
I genuinely do not care. Of all the things worth latching onto, this is not one of them. It does not affect us a people or a nation in the least.
