The theft of the diary was enough to convict them. The point is that the diary has no evidentiary value due to the chain of custody. Anyone could have written anything in it.
And yet the jury found her very credible.
Trump claimed he didn't know who she was, and she wasn't his type, and when shown a picture of them together, he identified her as Marla Maples (his second wife). (Which would indicate she was his type.)

Democrats have standards.

Trump was talking about gold diggers and how they like rich and famous men to do whatever they want to them.
You know it’s the truth. Trump never said he does that to any woman, he was talking about those particular types. That isn’t sexual assault in any way, if they consent to it.
But you have to pretend such women don’t exist, you want them all to be victims.
