People were given a deadline at least a year ago. Mail in voting (not absentee) without verification of who someone is, produces fraudulent voting. I’ve not seen early voting blocked anywhere. Drive thru voting does not verify the voter.

The latest effort was to prevent tens of thousand + or - votes already cast in Texas from cars from bring counted.
